When you first listen to The New Division, you can pretty clearly determine where the group’s name may have originated, perhaps paying tribute to a few classic grounds from times gone by that were pioneers in creating this fantastic 80s electronic sound that I (clearly/unabashedly) just can’t get enough of. But don’t let that statement lead you to believe that So Cal via Uruguay based John Kunkel just did a straight pick up of this sound. He’s taken it a bit further with careful placement of effects that really take it to the next level andread more and hear the song
