I came across this track from EMI France at the beginning of the year and couldn’t get enough of Keren Ann’s sweet longing as she croons to her would-be lover about her obsession and what havoc it could cause. Good times right?
Walter Sobcek takes this longing and tweaks it tight with electro melancholy and bliss — so much you want to put it on repeat, find a lover of choice and play it from their bedroom window with a boombox until said response of approval is met.
