This has got to be one of the more interesting and more ear-catching use of sampling that I’ve heard recently. Even though I’m pretty sure that the samples were of himself, they still count as samples, right? Either way, producer Raleigh Moncrief (who’s just finished up with recording the latest album from Sacramento band Ganglians) has put together a quite enjoyable 2:51 ditty here.
