We love covers, obviously, but only when they are really well done. And while I haven’t really ever been huge fans of Dum Dum Girls (though they’ve always been preferred to Vivian Girls, who I often group together because they are both girl rock bands even though they’re way different, right Sarah Braunstein?), I have to say that their cover of “There Is A Light That Never Goes Out” by The Smiths is pretty darn fantastic. I know I love it because it’s been stuck in my head for at least a week and I don’tread more and hear the song
